Does anyone have a job in a related field from the kitchen as a bakery, pastry shop, a restaurant owner etc.?
If yes, I few questions that need answering. I'm doing this project and would be very useful to have these answers. Where did you learn your skills? Has trained after you started your job? Have you taken any specialized class? What? Did you go to school? Where? What are the advantages of this approach? How many hours you work per day? Thank you! Many thanks!
I used to own a restaurant. I learned my skills Bon Appetit magazine and a plethora of cookbooks. It was formed by former owners in 3 weeks until he took over, but was only being a waiter. Specialty classes, I went to Iowa State University and has held management, hospitality, and remedial classes for a semester. Benefits? Virtually none. Apart from the joy of making people happy and see the final result of my work. I worked about 85-95 hours per week if the intention of working at home. Always accounts pay, the menu design, research to do. By day the restaurant was about 13 hours. Hope I helped!
