Listening to my parents, or listen to my heart?

My biggest dream is to become a pastry chef, not a glamorous, to semi success Happy baking. I love to make desserts such as art and makes me happy and many others. I make cakes from home for pleasure. But the problem is that my parents have always considered the Kid "smart" to have "a good future." When I tell them I said that I incline to the opposite side of psychology and cooking, which have almost disappeared. But what confuses me is that you always have learned to do what makes me happy, not rich. I live in the Central Valley for theres not much chance for a pastry chef. But I want so badly want to start, while im still young and can change their minds. How can I convince my parents how serious I am? And where I can get my foot in the door first? Tech Schools 10s costs 1000 dollars, I can do.

Dreams … imagination leads to the highest possible. listen to your parents can be a difficult decision. They have been through a lot so they tend to know what exists in the world.
